Christmas Shipping Updates!
All UK orders need to be placed by the 18th December for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Any orders placed after this date will not be guaranteed.
All international orders need to be placed by the 2nd December. Please note for all EU and Northern Ireland customers, after the 2nd December we will be pausing shipping to these places for the foreseeable future. Until we work out the new safety regulations.
Shipping Methods:
There are various shipping options to suit your needs.
Standard Delivery - £3.50. We aim to despatch all orders within 3-4 days, but this shipping option does state 5-7 working days to cover us in busier periods. There is also free standard delivery on all orders over £55 with the code FREESHIPPING55
Express Delivery - £5 Express delivery will be sent within 2-3 working days.
International Shipping - Starts from £13. The shipping charge will alter depending on the designated country.
Tracking Your Order:
All of our orders are sent tracked. You will find your tracking number on your order despatch email. If you can’t find this, please contact us with your order number.
I don’t know what clothing size to order?
Each clothing item will have a size guide which can be found in the image gallery. Each listing also states which size Rachael wears to give you a guide. If you have any more queries on sizing, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Returns and Exchanges:
We can accept returns and exchanges within two weeks as long as the item is unworn or unused and returned in a good condition. During the Christmas period, we will extend our returns window until Mid January. The customer will need to pay the return postage fee, unless the item is faulty. Please email rachaelfarrarartist@gmail.com about any returns or exchanges.
How do I enquire about a bespoke piece of art?
If you are interested in discussing a bespoke piece of art then please email rachaelfarrarartist@gmail.com. I’m always excited to discuss bespoke pieces of art. It’s a completely involved process to ensure the piece fits exactly what you are envisaging.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide! All international orders are sent tracked and signed within 5-7 working days. For EU and Northern Ireland shipping - Please note due to new EU safety regulations, I have had to pause shipping to these places. This will hopefully resume in 2025 when there is more clarity on the regulations.
International Shipping Rates
Please be aware that International shipping may be subject to custom fees, import duties and taxes put in place by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential fees.
Who will my order be shipped with?
All orders are sent with Royal Mail. Dependant on what you pick at the checkout, it will either be sent by UK First Class or 48 Tracked.
How are shipping prices calculated?
We offer a flat rate of shipping for both UK and international delivery. You will have a small extra fee added per item to help us cover costs.
How long does shipping take?
We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days, but please note when we are in busier periods it may take slightly longer. During the checkout there is the option to select express shipping if you need your order sooner.
What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If you’re in the UK and haven’t received your order within a week please contact us on rachaelfarrarartist@gmail.com We send most of our orders tracked, and will try to solve the issue as quickly as possible. All international orders will take longer to arrive, please allow up to three weeks before contacting about your order.
If we discover Royal Mail has attempted to deliver the parcel and couldn’t, then it will be held at your local sorting office. At this stage it is out of our hands, and you will need to rearrange delivery with Royal Mail.
I haven’t received my order confirmation?
If you haven’t received an order confirmation, please email us and we will look into this. When placing your order please ensure your email and address are entered correctly, as we cannot take responsibility if this information is wrong.
