Ink-Tober

I am so excited for Ink-tober to be starting this year… for quite a few reasons! One being I forgot just how much I love simply drawing with a pen, it holds some weird sense of freedom to me. Especially when a lot of my recent work has been big scale canvases with acrylic paint and lots of colour, I’m excited to be stripping back to the basics with some black and white detailing. Another reason I love months like this is because it gives you sometime to draw everyday, which not only gives me a kick up the butt sometimes to get drawing but also takes the stress out of thinking of new inspirations everyday.

So I will introduce to you my take on Ink-Tober… The Extinction Edition! I decided to create my own prompts to link in with my current body of work on the topic of endangered species. So I used WWF top critically endangered, endangered and vulnerable list to create my 31 endangered species prompts for Ink-Tober.

Each of these pieces will be available for sale exclusively through Instagram for the price of $20 / £10. These pieces are completely one of a kind, there will be no prints made of any of the drawings. All pieces will be hand signed.
