Queenstown Arts Centre Arts Awards

I was so excited to be involved in the Queenstown Arts Centre exhibition, as I am still working on bringing this art business of mine to life exhibitions are still such a new thing which makes each one so exciting! For this exhibition I created three pieces inspired by my favourite place… the ocean of course!

Two of the pieces were acrylic flow art pieces I had created and when it came to naming them I decided to take inspiration from the two places that are the most special to me, New Zealand & Cornwall. Therefore one was named Moana which is the Maori word for ocean and the other was named Morva the Cornish name for the ocean.

It was an incredible opening spent seeing other artists work, drinking wine and just feeling incredibly happy at seeing my work on display!
