Remarkables Market Stall

At the end of last year I had my first market stall at the Remarkables market and what an incredible experience it has been getting out there and talking about my art to people in REAL life. It can get a bit much spending the whole time working by yourself and staring at a screen a lot of the time, so it’s incredible to sell and talk about with people face to face.

Since doing my markets I have been experimenting with improving my stall week to week and I think the stall I had last Saturday was hands down my best yet! I finally got some frames for my prints so make them look a bit more professional. I trialled with some new hand-painted postcards which were such a success that I will definitely be creating more, so keep your eyes peeled. I also continued promoting and chatting about my custom options, from custom denim to pet portraits. My commission work is something I really want to be focusing on more this year so its great sharing it with people and seeing their reactions.

If you want to come and see my work at the Remarkables market or just have a chat, then I also post on my Instagram the weeks that I'm going to be there… so check out my stories and come say hey!
